Shipping and Delivery


3D Supply Guys ships to all 50 United states.  At this time, we generally do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.  In certain cases, exceptions may be made for educational institutions or businesses that use PO boxes – please contact us prior to placing your order.

For items in stock, most orders are leave the warehouse within 1 business day of your order being received & approved.  If additional order verification is required you will be contacted prior to shipment, and your shipment may be delayed until verification is complete.

If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted promptly.  At that time, you may continue to wait for the item to return to stock, or cancel your order (or the out of stock portion of your order) for a full refund of the fees associated with the out of stock product.

Certain items that we carry are special order items, and may required additional time to arrive at our facility for shipping.  If an item is a special order item, you will be notified of the additional wait time.  We make every effort to notify you during the checkout process of items that are special order and will require additional processing time.

Multiple Shipments
In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible & ensure access to the variety of products that we offer, 3D Supply Guys may ship items from different warehouses. This will not increase your shipping charges.

Partial Shipments
Products from the same order are often shipped from different warehouses, or at different times based on item availability. When this occurs, the status of you order may be ‘Partially Shipped.’ Partial shipment of an order is at 3D Supply Guys discretion and will not increase your shipping charges.

Signature Required
For certain orders (generally those containing 3D printers, or large quantity orders), a signature may be required upon delivery.  In such a circumstance, you will be notified of the signature requirement when your item ships.  We also make a best effort to notify you during the checkout process of items that will definitely require a signature.  The requirement for a signature is at the discretion of 3D Supply Guys.


Tracking information will be provided for your shipment(s), as provided to us via the various shipping companies.  The information provided via shipment tracking is facilitated by the shipping company in possession of your shipment.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We currently offer a single, flat rate shipping option for web orders.  When you place an order, 3D Supply Guys will (at its discretion) choose the most cost effective shipping method based on the contents of your order.  This selection will not impact your shipping fee, which may be more or less than the actual cost of your shipment.

Generally, our shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or the USPS.  However, in the case of orders that may require special handling (those that are unusually large or heavy) – we may choose to use a specialized shipping company.

Orders are generally received within 2-5 business days after shipment.
