The 2016 FlashForge Dual Extruder Creator Pro features upgraded components and a refined, user-friendly design. The Creator Pro’s frame is now more rigid than ever, integrated with all-new 10 mm Z-axis guide rods that can achieve smoother vertical motion and less vibration. Now with an aerospace grade, 6.3 mm aluminum build plate, the Creator Pro exhibits better heat distribution to eliminate warping. The 3D printer’s chamber, optimized for consistent air flow, is topped off with an injected molded polycarbonate top that helps to regulate internal air temperature. FlashForge has re-engineered their Creator Pro with additional components such as a dependable power supply, pre-installed doors, and large adjustment screws for better ergonomics.
Built with an extremely stiff, powder coated steel frame, the Creator Pro is surrounded by high quality PVC paneling. With larger spacing and print area, the Creator Pro’s overall 18.7” x 13.1” x 15.1” size allows for easier maneuvering within the chamber. The PC top cover is now a single piece as opposed to a four piece assembly that was included with previous models.
